Mr. Roman has been an active National Grants Management Association (NGMA) member for over 15 years. He is currently the Vice Chair for the NGMA NY/NJ Chapter, where he collaborates with the Chapter leadership to develop high-quality programming relevant to member needs, supporting the strategic vision of both the Chapter and NGMA.

Mr. Roman is an accomplished senior finance professional, and grants management specialist, who holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) in Financial Management and Analysis. 

A life-long learner, Mr. Roman also received a Graduate Certificate in Accounting, Professional Certificate in Nonprofit Accounting, and Project Management Certificate.
